Take high-quality digital radiographs and assist with digital charting/patient records. Oversee instrument sterilization, operator breakdown/setup, and strict OSHA/infection control standards. Guide patient flow smoothly throughout the day, ensuring patient comfort and clear post-op instruction. Collaborate closely with our doctors and administrative team to maintain a clean, efficient clinical schedule. Qualifications & Requirements Active Washington State Dental Assistant Registration (RDA) (Required) Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on chairside dental assisting experience (Required; non-entry level) Proficiency with dental practice management software (Eaglesoft preferred) and digital charting. Strong communication skills, punctuality, and a proactive team-first mindset.
