Previous experience in a similar setting is required. 

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and colleagues
• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
• Posess strong dental terminology skills
• Collect co-pays and balances at time of service
• Communicate estimated patient responsibility clearly
• Answer and manage incoming calls professionally
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
• Maintain organized and optimized daily schedule
• Manage recalls and continuing care outreach
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment plans
