We are seeking a compassionate, motivated Associate General Dentist to join our established, privately owned, out-of-network dental practice. We are a patient-centered practice committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive dentistry in a welcoming and supportive environment. Our out-of-network model allows us to focus on individualized treatment, clinical excellence, and building lasting patient relationships. Position Details: Fridays, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, open to more days in future Opportunity for additional days in the future Established patient base Experienced and supportive clinical team Modern technology, including digital scanning, same-day crowns, and Invisalign Compensation: $600 daily guarantee or 30% of adjusted production, whichever is greater Ideal Candidate: Licensed to practice dentistry in New York State At least 2–3 years of experience preferred Strong foundation in general restorative and preventive dentistry Excellent communication and treatment-planning skills Gentle, detail-oriented, and committed to excellent patient care Eager to learn, grow, and work collaboratively with our team We are looking for a dentist who values quality over volume, takes pride in their work, and enjoys developing long-term patient relationships.
