Dental Assistant (DAII) – Join Our Team! Main Family Dental | Leland, NC Are you a hardworking, down-to-earth dental assistant who loves taking care of patients and being part of a great team? Main Family Dental is a small, privately owned dental office looking for a well-rounded, dependable Dental Assistant II to join our growing practice! We believe that patient care always comes first, and teamwork is the key to making our office a great place for both patients and team members. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, stays organized, and is always willing to jump in and help wherever needed. What We’re Looking For ● DAII certification with a strong foundation in clinical assisting ● Experience with a variety of procedures, including CEREC crowns, root canals, implants, extractions, fillings, and sleep appliances ● Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining treatment plans and helping patients understand their dental care ● A strong team player who is willing to help wherever needed and supports their coworkers ● Great organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy dental office ● Experience ordering dental supplies, maintaining inventory, and keeping clinical areas stocked and organized ● A positive, hardworking attitude and a willingness to learn, grow, and take initiative ● Someone who understands that creating a great patient experience takes the entire team working together Who Will Thrive Here?
