What You’ll Do Welcome patients with a warm, friendly attitude and help them feel comfortable during their visits. Assist the orthodontist with clinical procedures and patient care. Prepare treatment areas, organize instruments, and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment. Help patients understand their orthodontic care instructions and answer questions within your scope of training. Support an excellent patient experience through attentive, compassionate customer service. Work collaboratively with the clinical and front office teams to keep the day running smoothly. Follow office procedures and infection control standards. What We’re Looking For An outgoing, personable individual who genuinely enjoys interacting with people. Excellent customer service and communication skills. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Dependability, punctuality, and attention to detail. Someone who works well in a team-oriented environment and can multitask in a busy clinical setting. Dental or orthodontic assisting experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn. Schedule Enjoy a consistent four-day workweek, Monday through Thursday! Monday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday, Saturday & Sunday: Off Compensation $18–$21 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
