You'll run the front of the office and make every visit feel like a high-end experience. What you'll do Present treatment plans. After Dr. Kahng's exam, walk patients through their plan, cost, timeline, and payment options in a warm, confident way Schedule appointments, manage the daily calendar, and keep the day running on time Check patients in and out , and update their records Collect payments and deposits , and help patients apply for financing (CareCredit, Cherry) Welcome every patient by name, offer a drink, and make each visit feel personal and calm Follow up on open questions so patients feel sure about their decision Keep the front of the studio spotless and organized Help chairside or with sterilization when needed (a plus, not required) Who you are 1+ year front desk experience in dental, medical, or med spa, or in luxury sales or hospitality Warm, polished, and confident talking about money and big decisions, without being pushy Organized and detail-oriented. Comfortable with scheduling software and computers. Reliable. You show up on time, every scheduled day.
