Associate Dentist – Flexible 2–4 Days/Week Inspire Dental + Line Dental | Tigard & Beaverton/Aloha, Oregon We are looking for an experienced, motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing, privately owned dental group and work between our two established practices: Inspire Dental in Tigard and Line Dental in the Beaverton/Aloha area . This position is designed to offer flexibility and long-term growth . Depending on your preference, you may work 2, 3, or 4 days per week , with your schedule rotating between the two locations. You will primarily provide comprehensive general dentistry. Doctors who are interested can also expand into procedures such as: Implant dentistry Invisalign Surgical procedures Advanced restorative dentistry There is no expectation that you perform procedures outside your comfort level . We want to support each doctor's individual clinical strengths while providing opportunities to grow. Technology & Clinical Support Both practices are equipped with modern technology to make diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical dentistry more efficient, including: CBCT Digital X-rays iTero scanners TRIOS scanners Overjet Dental Intelligence Analytics & Engagement Modern digital workflows Experienced clinical and administrative support teams Our systems are designed so that the doctor can spend more time diagnosing, treatment planning, communicating with patients, and providing dentistry rather than managing day-to-day operational issues. Compensation We offer a tiered production-based compensation model ranging from 29–33% of adjusted production , providing increased earning potential as production grows. For perspective, one of our current doctors averages approximately $180,000 in monthly production , demonstrating the production potential available within our patient base and practice systems. Your individual production and income will depend on your schedule, clinical speed, treatment mix, case acceptance, and number of days worked.
