Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning. Provide preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental treatments. Perform crowns, bridges, root canal therapy, surgical extractions, and other advanced procedures within clinical competency. Diagnose and manage periodontal conditions and coordinate specialty referrals as needed. Clearly communicate treatment options and recommendations to patients. Collaborate effectively with associate dentists, dental assistants, and specialists to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with HIPAA and applicable California dental regulations. Uphold high standards of clinical excellence, infection control, and patient safety. Qualifications & Experience DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a practicing General Dentist required. Active California dental license in good standing. Strong proficiency in restorative dentistry, treatment planning, crowns, bridges, and extractions. Experience performing root canal therapy and surgical extractions. Spanish-speaking proficiency preferred, but not required. Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently explain treatment recommendations and build lasting patient relationships. Commitment to ethical treatment, clinical excellence, and exceptional patient care.
