We're Hiring! Flex Dental Assistant Quartz Dentistry | Rifle, Colorado Are you an organized, proactive, detail-oriented dental assistant who loves keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Quartz Dentistry is looking for a Flex Dental Assistant to join our growing team! This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both patient care and the operational side of dentistry. While you'll assist clinically as needed, your primary focus will be maintaining our systems, staying on top of protocols, and helping ensure our clinical operations run efficiently every day. What You'll Be Doing Maintaining and overseeing daily clinical systems, checklists, and protocols Managing equipment maintenance schedules, logs, and service coordination Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and keeping everything organized and stocked Tracking lab cases from submission through delivery to ensure they're ready for patient appointments Helping maintain efficient patient flow and supporting the clinical schedule Monitoring sterilization workflows, operatory readiness, and clinical organization Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes Helping the dental assisting team stay organized, productive, and focused on patient care Stepping in to provide chairside assistance and clinical support when needed Who We're Looking For 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred Spanish-speaking/bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative Comfortable managing multiple priorities and following through on tasks Strong communication and teamwork skills A positive, solution-oriented attitude Someone who takes pride in creating efficient systems and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment Why Join Quartz Dentistry?
