Part-Time Dental Receptionist – Willing to Train! Studio Smiles Dental Job Type: Part-Time Experience: No dental experience required – We are willing to train! About Us Studio Smiles Dental is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Dental Receptionist! We are happy to train the right candidate, so previous dental or front desk experience is not required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working with people and wants to learn and grow in a dental office environment. Job Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide excellent customer service. Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments. Send appointment reminders and follow up with patients. Check patients in and out for their appointments. Maintain accurate patient information and records. Assist with general front desk duties and daily office organization. Communicate professionally with patients and dental team members. Qualifications Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality. Strong communication and customer service skills. Dependable, punctual, and organized. Willingness to learn new software and office procedures. Comfortable answering phones and working on a computer. Ability to multitask in a busy office environment. Previous dental experience is a plus, but not required . We are willing to train the right person! Schedule This is a part-time position.
