We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Assistant with experience in dental to join our team. As a dental assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental office by providing clinical support and exceptional service to our patients. Our schedule for this position is unique in that it is systemized flow of patient care What you’ll do as a Dental assistant: Schedule patients effectively and be responsible for maintaining a full, productive schedule that maximizes patient care and office efficiency Master treatment plan presentations and effectively communicate recommended treatments to patients, helping them understand importance of their oral health Help with patient procedures and provide positive experience from arrival to departure Give great customer service to our patients and help organize inventory, set up procedures Manage patient anxiety and needs Be courteous, friendly, and helpful at all times — creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for every patient who walks through our doors Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the office runs smoothly and every patient receives outstanding care What you’ll bring: One(1+) years’ experience in a dental office position with knowledge in dental terminology, treatment procedures, and dental software systems Must be able to work Monday to Thursday Understanding of dental procedures and knowing how to make temp crowns, placing invisalign attachments Experience with the Open Dental software preferred Excellent and positive communication skills with both the team and patients Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Stable work history demonstrated on your resume Good customer service to create a welcoming environment for the patients in our communities Benefits: As a valued team member, benefits for part time Patient Coordinators include: Competitive compensation Dental care for you and your family(spouse and children only) Bonus opportunities Professional growth opportunities An amazing culture that includes team lunches and team celebrations Flexible schedule that supports your success in the role Work Location: In person Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
