Purcellville Endodontics is seeking a motivated, reliable, and experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing specialty practice. We are looking for a team member who is passionate about patient care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has prior dental assisting experience. Requirements: Previous dental assisting experience is required Excellent communication and patient care skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with dental software and digital radiography preferred Endodontic experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate with a strong dental background Responsibilities: Assist the doctor during endodontic procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms Take digital radiographs and CBCT scans Sterilize instruments and maintain infection control standards Educate patients on treatment and post-operative instructions Ensure a positive patient experience from start to finish - Four days a week, Hours are 8 am to 5 pm Compensation depends on experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Experience: Dental office: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
