Orthodontic Assistant - Hillam Orthodontics - Idaho Falls, ID

We are looking to add a full-time orthodontic assistant to our team. This position is primarily based in our Idaho Falls office, with scheduled travel to our satellite locations in Driggs, Rexburg, and soon to be Ammon. This is a hands-on assisting position working chairside with the doctor and directly in the patient’s mouth. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment and being on their feet for most of the day. Position Requirements: Comfortable working chairside and assisting in clinical procedures Able to stand for extended periods of time Team-oriented and dependable Willing to travel monthly to satellite offices Flexible and understanding that lunch and end times may vary depending on patient needs Schedule Overview: Idaho Falls (Main Office): Monday 8:00–5:00 Tuesday 7:00–4:00 Wednesday 8:00–5:00 Friday 8:00–2:00 (2-3 Fridays per month) Lunch 1:00–2:00 Monday–Wednesday (no lunch on Fridays) Driggs (1st Friday each month): Meet at Idaho Falls office at 5:00 AM Patients 7:00–2:00 Return approximately 4:00 PM Rexburg (Every other Thursday): Meet at Idaho Falls office at 6:15 AM Patients 7:00–4:00 Lunch 12:30–1:30 Ammon schedule is TBD (opening Spring 2027) Compensation & Benefits: Starting pay is $15 per hour, paid once per month.
