Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Burlington, WA
About Us: We are a general dental practice that is open Monday through Thursday. We are a strong team that looking for the right fit for our practice. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment Take dental X-rays Provide patient care and comfort before, during, and after treatments Maintain patient records and update medical histories Present and explain treatment needed Educate patients on dental hygiene practices and care Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow Ensure the dental office is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations Qualifications: Valid dental assistant certification (or eligibility for certification) Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and sterilization techniques Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills At least 1 year dental experience CPR certification is a plus but not required Benefits: Competitive salary Free dental care Paid time off Opportunities for career advancement and professional development Friendly and supportive work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.00 - $29.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Employee discount Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Work Location: In person
