What You’ll Do Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for Prepare treatment rooms and patients for dental procedures Assist the dentist with four-handed dentistry Sterilize and organize instruments and equipment Provide post-treatment and oral hygiene instructions Manage patient records and appointment scheduling Help maintain a clean, efficient, and organized work environment What We’re Looking For Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols Understanding of safety and infection control procedures Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care Strong attention to detail and dependability Coronal polishing certification is a plus High school diploma required; completion of a dental assistant program preferred but not required Join Our Team At Light Dental Studios, you’ll find more than a job-you’ll find a place to grow, learn, and make a difference.
