We're looking for someone who: Has at least 1 year of hands-on dental assisting experience in a clinical dental setting. Is confident with four-handed dentistry and chairside assisting. Has experience assisting with restorative procedures, crowns, bridges, and other general dentistry treatments. Understands clinical workflows, sterilization, infection control, and operatory preparation. Is comfortable with digital technology and willing to learn new systems. Can anticipate the dentist's needs and stay a step ahead. Takes initiative without waiting to be told what needs to be done. Is organized, dependable, and pays attention to the little things. Works well with others and contributes to a positive team environment. Truly cares about patients and the experience they have in our office. Experience with digital scanning, Dentrix Ascend, and advanced restorative procedures is a plus! Preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials. Supporting dentists with efficient clinical workflows. Taking digital radiographs and impressions within the scope of applicable requirements. Educating patients and helping them feel comfortable throughout their visits. Maintaining excellent infection control and sterilization standards. Working collaboratively with our clinical and administrative teams to provide an outstanding patient experience.
