Dental Assistant (Full-Time) - $18-23 /hr – Monday-Thursday Lawhead Family Dentistry in Muscatine, Iowa is seeking to hire two reliable and enthusiastic Dental Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates are friendly, organized, and confident in performing excellent patient care. Position 1-Chairside Assistant Responsibilities: Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories Follow all infection control and safety protocols Work chairside procedures Take dental radiographs Provide patient education and ensure a positive experience Maintain accurate and organized patient records Position 2-Float Assistant Responsibilities: Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories Weekly and monthly equipment maintenance Assist hygienists as needed Assist with front office duties as needed Assist with chairside procedures as needed Follow all infection control and safety protocols Qualifications: Registered Dental Assistant with the State of Iowa (preferred) X-ray certification (required) Outgoing, friendly, and professional demeanor Strong communication and multitasking skills Compensation & Benefits: $18-23 per hour (based on experience) Health plan Retirement plan Paid vacation Holiday pay Why join Lawhead Family Dentistry?
