Access Endodontics is seeking a Lead Endodontist for an entrepreneurial opportunity at its modern specialty practice in Columbia, Maryland (Howard County / greater Baltimore–Washington area). The office is equipped with CBCT, operating microscopes, a full digital workflow, and the EdgePRO Laser-Assisted Microfluidic Irrigation system. This is a full-time primary clinical and entrepreneurial role in which the Lead Endodontist will build and develop the practice’s referral relationships. Marketing support and reimbursement for approved referral-development activities are provided. Clinical autonomy is expected. Compensation includes ramp-up protection that converts to a competitive percentage of collections. The compensation structure is designed to be increasingly rewarding at higher levels of practice performance, consistent with the entrepreneurial nature of the role. Performance-tied equity or profit participation is available for the appropriate full-time candidate. Flexible scheduling is offered within a full-time commitment (a four-day clinical week is acceptable). Requirements: Board-eligible or board-certified endodontist, Maryland license (or ability to obtain), and interest in an entrepreneurial primary provider role with responsibility for practice growth.
