Our front desk is the heart of our office, and we need someone who can make patients feel welcome, keep things running smoothly, and bring a positive attitude to the workday. If you’re a people person who enjoys a little variety in your day, takes pride in doing things right, and loves being part of a team, this could be the perfect fit for you! What You’ll Do Welcome patients with a warm smile and a friendly attitude. Answer phones, respond to messages, and assist patients with their questions. Schedule appointments and help keep our daily calendar running smoothly. Handle filing, data entry, paperwork, and other administrative tasks. Assist with basic bookkeeping and office duties. Proofread documents and pay attention to the little details. Keep our front desk organized, professional, and welcoming. Work together with our team to create a positive patient experience. What We’re Looking For A friendly, professional personality and a genuine enjoyment of helping people. Someone who is honest, dependable, organized, and takes pride in their work. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle a busy day with a smile. Comfort using computers and learning office software. Previous clerical, receptionist, or administrative experience. A willingness to learn, take initiative, and be a dependable part of our team. Dental office experience is preferred, but the right personality, positive attitude, and willingness to learn can go a long way!
