Key Responsibilities

• Chairside Assisting: Assist the doctor during restorative procedures, crown & bridge work, oral surgery, and clear aligner care.
• Patient Care: Greet and seat patients, review medical histories, and explain treatment steps and post-op instructions with care.
• Sterilization & Room Prep: Clean, sanitize, and prepare treatment rooms; properly clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments following safety and infection control guidelines.
• Imaging & Support: Take digital X-rays (with proper certification), maintain accurate electronic charting, manage lab cases, and keep supplies organized.

Qualifications

• No previous dental experience required—complete on-the-job training provided!
• Current X-ray / Radiation Safety certification and CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset.
