🦷 WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Expanded Function Dental Assistant, you'll play an important role in helping our providers deliver efficient, high-quality dental care.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting the dentist during restorative and other clinical procedures.
• Performing authorized expanded functions within your training, credentials, and applicable Arizona regulations.
• Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment.
• Supporting efficient patient flow and an excellent patient experience.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and following infection-control and sterilization protocols.
• Communicating with patients about treatment procedures and helping them feel comfortable and informed.
• Working closely with the dentist and the rest of the dental team to ensure smooth daily operations.
