Our dental practice is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Front Office Specialist who brings warmth, professionalism, and a positive attitude to the patient experience. As one of the first people our patients interact with, you’ll help make them feel welcomed, informed, and cared for—from their first phone call through their visit. WHAT YOU’LL DO Welcome patients with friendly, attentive service. Answer calls with confidence, courtesy, and clear communication. Help coordinate appointments and front office activities. Enter and update patient information accurately. Support your teammates and follow through on daily responsibilities. Participate in paid training and put new skills into practice. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR A highly motivated, dependable team player. A growth mindset and genuine excitement about learning. Strong customer service and communication skills.
