At Endeavor Dental, we're looking for a motivated, organized, and confident **Lead Registered Dental Assistant** who enjoys leading a team, embracing technology, and helping a modern dental practice operate at its best. We're an independently owned dental practice specializing in comprehensive dentistry, dental implants, digital workflows, and smile transformations. This is more than a traditional chairside assisting position. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of our clinical assisting team, help develop efficient systems, and play an important role in our growing digital dentistry program. ### Your Responsibilities **Clinical Leadership & Team Development** - Lead, support, and provide daily direction to our dental assisting team. - Help train and onboard new dental assistants. - Establish and maintain clinical workflows, checklists, and standards. - Monitor daily clinical readiness and ensure operatories are properly prepared. - Promote accountability, teamwork, and a positive clinical environment. - Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and patient care. - Collaborate with office leadership to address clinical challenges. **Digital Dentistry & Implant Workflows** - Coordinate digital records for implant, denture, and overdenture cases. - Perform intraoral scans, assist with CBCT imaging, and capture clinical photographs. - Assist with impressions, bite registrations, and prosthetic records. - Verify that clinical records are complete and organized for digital design. - Coordinate with our doctors and digital design team. - Assist with 3D printing and digital laboratory workflows. **Laboratory Coordination & Quality Assurance** - Oversee incoming and outgoing laboratory cases. - Inspect and verify crowns, prosthetics, and laboratory deliveries. - Ensure implant components and surgical kits are organized and ready. - Monitor case progress to prevent missing records or treatment delays. - Help maintain accurate clinical documentation and laboratory tracking. **Clinical Operations & Accountability** - Oversee daily and end-of-day assistant checklists. - Help ensure clinical notes and required documentation are completed on time. - Maintain clinical organization, supplies, and equipment readiness. - Communicate clinical concerns and workflow improvements to office leadership. - Assist chairside when needed to support the clinical team. ### What We're Looking For - Experienced Registered Dental Assistant with an active Texas RDA registration. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Natural leadership abilities and a team-first mentality. - Comfortable holding others accountable in a positive, professional way. - Experience with restorative dentistry and clinical workflows. - Comfortable using computers and learning new dental technology. - Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented. **Preferred but not required:** - Previous lead dental assistant experience - Implant and denture experience - Digital scanning and CBCT experience - 3D printing or dental laboratory experience - Open Dental software experience - Exocad or digital design experience We value attitude, initiative, and willingness to learn.
