What You'll Do Provide efficient four-handed chairside assistance during fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and other general dentistry procedures. Take high-quality digital X-rays and clinical photographs . Assist with intraoral scanning, digital impressions, and Invisalign procedures , as trained and permitted. Prepare, clean, and turn over treatment rooms efficiently. Maintain excellent sterilization and infection control standards . Anticipate the doctor's needs and maintain a smooth clinical workflow. Educate patients on procedures and post-operative instructions. Keep operatories clean, organized, and fully stocked. Support the hygiene team and other clinical responsibilities as needed. Take initiative and manage daily clinical tasks with minimal supervision. Help create a comfortable, positive patient experience . What We're Looking For Active Texas RDA registration – Required 2+ years of dental assisting experience – Preferred Strong chairside assisting and digital radiography skills. Experience with intraoral scanners, Invisalign, or digital dentistry is a plus. Dependable, punctual, and professional . Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently. Self-motivated and proactive , with the ability to anticipate clinical needs. Excellent communication and patient care skills. Positive attitude and willingness to support the team. Open to feedback and committed to professional growth. Experience with Oryx dental software is a plus, but not required. Work Schedule – Enjoy 3-Day Weekends! Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM No Mondays. No weekends. Three consecutive days off every week! Approximately 32–36 hours per week, depending on patient scheduling and office needs. Compensation & Benefits $20–$26 per hour – Based on experience, qualifications, and clinical skills. Paid Time Off (PTO) – After six months of employment, eligible employees begin accruing PTO at a rate equivalent to one workweek annually. Scrub Allowance – Available after successfully completing the first 90 days of employment . In-House Dental Benefits – Available after six months of employment.
