Job Overview As a General Dentist, youâll assess patients, diagnose oral health conditions, and deliver comprehensive care across general dentistry. Youâll explain findings and treatment options clearly, document care accurately, and help patients feel informed throughout their visit. Your work may include preventive, restorative, and surgical procedures, with care tailored to each patientâs needs. Duties Perform patient assessments and healthcare diagnosis, develop treatment plans, and provide patient care in general dentistry. Deliver dental extractions, root canal therapy, dental implant care, and oral surgery; coordinate care for orthodontics, prosthodontics, and pediatric dentistry as appropriate. Use medical imaging and anatomy knowledge to support dental diagnosis and treatment, including care involving anesthesiology. Apply aseptic technique and infection control practices; follow HIPAA and state healthcare regulations. Maintain medical records and medical documentation, using dental terminology and medical terminology; communicate with patients and support four-handed dentistry. Requirements Required: Current dentist licensure for the applicable jurisdiction and ability to meet its practice requirements. Demonstrated dental office or dental clinic experience; familiarity with dental fabrication and pediatric care is valuable. Experience with practice management or electronic health record systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred. Knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, patient assessment, medical records, and infection control. Strong client communication skills and a commitment to accurate documentation and patient-centered care. Pay: From $1,200.00 per day Work Location: In person
