Our doctors take the time to do things right, and a strong chairside assistant is a big part of making that possible. We're hiring a full-time Dental Assistant to work alongside our doctors and help our offices run smoothly. We're looking for someone dependable, skilled, and happy to be a team player — the kind of person who anticipates what's needed chairside, keeps things moving, and helps every patient feel at ease. What the role is like Doctors who treat you as a teammate, not a pair of hands A practice that cares about quality of care over rushing patients through Room to grow your skills, including training in advanced techniques No weekends — and a schedule that respects your life outside work What you'll do Assist chairside during general, cosmetic, and specialty procedures Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos Sterilize instruments and prepare operatories between patients Take impressions and fabricate temporaries (or learn to) Chart and document treatment in Dentrix Ascend Review post-op instructions with patients clearly Keep an eye on supplies and help the clinical day run on time Pitch in wherever the team needs a hand What we're looking for Required: Ohio dental radiographer certification (or willingness to obtain — we'll help) CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) Reliability and a genuine team-player attitude Nice to have (not required): Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) Prior chairside experience Experience with Dentrix Ascend New to dental but coachable, careful, and good with people?
