Full Time Dental Receptionist (Normandy Park, WA) Location: Normandy Park, WA (near West Seattle, Burien, SeaTac) Job Type: Full time, Monday through Friday About Us We are looking for a warm, upbeat person to join our front office as our third in-person administrative team member. You will be one of the first friendly faces patients see when they arrive. While candidates with dental experience are preferred, no dental experience is needed as we are willing to train the right candidate. If you are looking for your entry into the dental field, this is a great place to start. If you are looking to grow your existing dental knowledge background, we also would love to meet. We are a well established, five-star-Google-rated private practice that has served Normandy Park, Burien, SeaTac and Seattle for over 35 years. Many of our team members have been with us for years and many of our patients have been with us for decades. We are a referral based, privately owned, non-corporate practice with a lot of heart, and we offer both general and cosmetic dentistry. What You Will Do You will greet and check in patients, coordinate scheduling, answer questions, and help patients understand their appointments and navigate their care and payment options. You will work closely with our front office team to make every visit smooth and welcoming for every patient. The job will adapt over time to cater to the strengths you develop and the administrative needs of the practice. Qualifications Dental or customer service experience is great, yet is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. We do require excellent communication skills, a good sense of organization, comfort using a computer, and a real eagerness to learn.
