Picture this…. You start your day at 730am. Walk into a bright, modern, organized office that helps you feel calm as you walk in. You start getting ready with your teammates for the cute kids you’ll see today. 745am we huddle to prepare for the day. Working with kids the unexpected is expected, but preparing helps. Starting at 8, the fun begins. Some kids are anxious, some kids are amazing, some kids are too cool for school - but you chat, play, calm, guide them through their visit. At 3pm, open bay is louder, but you’re calm and you’ve go it under control and your teammates are right there with you to help support you in any way. It’s just before 5, you just finished seeing your last patient of the day, give them a high five for being a great helper and help them pick their prize. Just as they are about to walk out into the lobby they run back give you a big hug and say that was the best visit ever! That’s the kind of day you want isn’t it? We have a great caring team that looks forward to working and growing together About the position: 3-4 clinical days (option to add an admin day/hybrid role) Dental assisting experience is preferred, ideally in pediatric dentistry, but willing to train for the right person. We are a smaller practice - so there will be some cross-training! We all work together in the office to get things done, hence being a team player is a must!
