We have an immediate opening for a friendly, energetic Registered Dental Assistant to join our patient-focused team. This position is strictly Part-Time (12–24 hours per week) or On-Call , making it a perfect fit for clinical flexibility and great work life balance. Choose Your Shift & Flexibility: We are open to hiring one person for all shifts, or multiple individuals looking to pick up specific days. Please let us know your preferred option(s): Tuesday Option: Weekly shift (e.g., 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Friday Option: Weekly shift (e.g., 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Saturday Option: Only one Saturday per month (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM / Noon) On-Call Option: Join our roster as an on-call assistant to cover occasional sick days or vacation leave. Note: You can apply for just one specific day, a combination of days, or strictly for the on-call position. Requirements: Must have prior Dental Assisting Experience or have successfully completed a Dental Assisting Training program. Prefer candidates with professional chairside experience, but we will happily consider and mentor motivated new graduates! Comfortable fabricating temporary crowns, placing rubber dams, taking alginate impressions, and highly skilled in assisting general dentistry procedures. Must have excellent communication skills, a reliable work ethic, and a collaborative team-player mindset. Active Washington State Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) licensure is required. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during clinical procedures by providing seamless chairside support. Utilize knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy to aid in efficient patient care. Use aseptic techniques and rigorous infection control to maintain a clean, sterile, and safe environment. Communicate effectively, warmly, and clearly with patients and office team members. Perform all general dentistry tasks under the legal supervision of the licensed dentist.
