True Hue Orthodontics is a growing boutique, airway-focused practice seeking a dependable, enthusiastic Clinical Assistant who enjoys working with children, teens, and families. Our approach considers facial growth, airway health, and long-term function alongside beautiful smiles. We value excellent clinical care, meaningful relationships, and a warm, welcoming patient experience. *This position is for 2-3 days per week, with future opportunities for growth* What You’ll Do Assist during orthodontic appointments and perform clinical procedures as permitted by your credentials (e.g. adjustments, bandings, appliance deliveries, aligner deliveries, etc.) Take digital x-rays, photographs, iTero scans, and impressions Educate patients and families about oral hygiene, appliances, and treatment Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain infection control standards Support smooth patient flow and help keep the office organized Help patients feel comfortable, confident, and well-cared for What We’re Looking For Orthodontic assisting experience preferred (but open to training the right person) Required Tennessee dental assisting credentials and CPR certification X-ray certification, iTero experience, and orthodontic software familiarity are a plus Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail A dependable teammate who takes initiative and enjoys learning We value technical skills—and just as much, kindness, accountability, and a genuine desire to care for people.
