Full-Time Orthodontic Assistant — Grow With Us! Tomball & Fulshear/Katy | $20–$25/hour, based on experience Starting November or December 2026 We’re growing—and we’re looking for someone excited to grow with us! Dr. Yi Yang is hiring an experienced orthodontic assistant to join our team at Modern Orthodontist in Tomball and help launch our new Ikon Orthodontics office in Jordan Ranch this December. Love working with patients? Bring positive energy and enjoy being involved in different parts of a practice? We’d love to meet you! You’ll work alongside the same owner-doctor at both locations, contribute ideas, and help shape a new office from the beginning. What you’ll do Assist Dr. Yang chairside during orthodontic treatment Make patients feel welcome, comfortable, and excited about their smiles Help with patient records, treatment setup, and sterilization Jump in where needed—from supporting the front desk to helping create fun patient experiences and social media content Help establish smooth daily routines as our new office opens Who we’re looking for Orthodontic assisting experience is required Someone friendly, dependable, and great with children, teens, and adults A team player who takes initiative and notices where they can help Someone adaptable and eager to learn Dr. Yang’s techniques and preferences Someone who enjoys wearing different hats and learning beyond their current role Ability to work at both offices according to Dr. Yang’s schedule Room to grow As our practices grow, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility and advance into expanded roles.
