About the Opportunity La Prada Family Dentistry is looking for a dependable, Spanish-speaking Registered Dental Assistant to join our clinical team in Garland, Texas. We are looking for someone with hands-on dental assisting experience who can support our doctors, help patients understand their treatment, and keep the clinical schedule running smoothly. Our ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy general dentistry practice. What You'll Be Doing Assist doctors with restorative and general dentistry procedures. Capture digital dental X-rays and maintain accurate clinical records. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before procedures. Follow sterilization, infection control, and patient safety protocols. Help patients understand their treatment plans and post-procedure instructions. Support Invisalign procedures and other clinical services as needed. Keep operatories organized and ready for scheduled appointments. Coordinate with doctors and front office team members to maintain an efficient schedule. Communicate with patients in English and Spanish to support their understanding and comfort. What You Bring to the Team Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential required. Previous dental assisting experience required. CPR certification required. Fluency in English and Spanish required. Open Dental experience preferred. Familiarity with digital X-rays and general dentistry procedures. Strong communication skills and a patient-focused approach. Ability to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced environment.
