WHAT YOU'LL NEED Minimum 2 years of hands-on orthodontic chairside assisting experience Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)/X-ray certification Experience assisting with braces and aligners, adjustments, debonding, and orthodontic appliances Confidence working independently within your authorized scope of practice in a busy orthodontic clinic You’ll fit right in if...
