What You'll Do Provide quality chairside assistance during dental procedures Take digital dental x-rays and impressions Perform coronal polishing Fabricate, cement, and remove temporary crowns Maintain a clean, organized, and properly sterilized clinical environment Prepare and break down operatories between patients Maintain accurate and thorough patient records using OpenDental Assist with front office duties as needed, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, collecting payments, and treatment planning Work closely with the doctor and fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent patient care What We're Looking For Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Current CPR certification Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude Strong communication and multitasking skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and responsible work habits Someone who takes initiative, enjoys learning, and contributes positively to the team Work Schedule Monday: 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM â 6:00 PM Thursday: 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM Friday: 8:00 AM â 3:00 PM 4-day workweek | No Wednesdays or weekends Benefits Dental insurance Employee dental discounts Paid sick time Paid vacation Retirement plan We'd love to find someone who enjoys what they do, cares about their patients, and wants to be part of a positive, supportive dental team.
