We are seeking a Dental Assistant to join our privately owned dental practice in Arlington. We’re looking for a dependable, organized team player who takes pride in their work and helps patients feel comfortable and cared for. Compensation & Benefits ● $20–$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications ● Two weeks of paid vacation ● Monthly bonus ● Employer contribution toward the company health care plan ● Free basic dental care ● 50% off major dental treatment ● End-of-year bonus Responsibilities ● Provide chairside assistance during general dental procedures, including fillings, crowns, and extractions. ● Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials; clean and disinfect rooms between patients. ● Sterilize instruments and follow infection-control protocols. ● Take dental X-rays as qualified and authorized. ● Maintain accurate patient records and reinforce the dentist’s post-treatment instructions. ● Monitor supplies and help keep the clinical schedule running smoothly. ● Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and coworkers. Qualifications ● At least one year of hands-on dental assisting experience required. ● Familiarity with dental instruments, procedures, and sterilization practices. ● Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills. ● Reliable attendance, punctuality, and attention to detail. ● Ability to anticipate the dentist’s needs and work efficiently with the team. ● Eaglesoft experience preferred.
