Both full time and part time positions are available at our office here in Bakersfield, California We provide comprehensive dental care to all children from as young as newborns all the way to 20 years of age. At our practice we strive for intentional, empathetic care in both our patient facing roles as well as our behind-the-scenes systems and policies. All office decisions and workflow revolves around empathy and understanding toward our young patients, taking care and time to acclimate them to dental care, and stabilizing their oral health. If youâre passionate about helping children and creating a positive impact in underserved communities weâd love to work with you As a private practice we can offer guaranteed daily rates without expiry dates, along with clinical autonomy not available in corporate or DSO environments. All lab fees and material costs will also be covered by the practice with no impact on your compensation nor production. We utilize thorough and meticulous administrative planning to ensure you can focus on your clinical work without worrying about outside factors. We operate in a fast paced and efficient environment while leaving room for care along with patient education and communication. For experienced dentists and specialists we offer unparalleled autonomy in clinical decision making and access to support as needed. For new grads and those unfamiliar with pediatrics we offer significant mentorship and training to grow your skillset and talents. Training available for all pediatric dental procedures, diagnostics and treatment planning, behavioural management, and more The only true requirement is empathy and care for our young patients and the patience and heart to help them love their time at the dentist through behavioral management and genuine care. Experience preferred, however new grads and providerâs new to pediatrics are always welcome!
