Overview We are seeking an Orthodontic/Pediatric Dental Assistant to support children and families through welcoming, organized dental visits. You will assist with orthodontic and general dentistry procedures, prepare treatment areas, and help maintain accurate records. Your impact: Careful chairside support and clear patient guidance help clinicians deliver safe, comfortable care for children and their families. Requirements Dental assisting or dental clinic experience, with patient care skills and a calm, respectful approach to working with children and adults Knowledge of dental and medical terminology, anatomy, dental equipment, and healthcare infection prevention and control. Familiarity with EMR systems, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, medical documentation, and medical coding is helpful; experience with all listed systems is not required. Ability to follow established protocols for X-ray procedures, infection prevention management, and patient records; relevant training or authorization is required for assigned clinical tasks. Pediatric or and orthodontic dentistry experience is preferred; exposure to orthodontics or related specialties is an asset.
