Dental Assistant – Join Our Team in Beautiful Jackson Hole, WY! Pay: $26–$32 per hour, depending on experience Full-Time | Monday–Thursday | No Fridays! Owens Family Dentistry is looking for a dental assistant to join our friendly, patient-focused practice in beautiful Jackson Hole, Wyoming! We believe great dentistry starts with a great team. The ideal candidate is a team player who takes initiative, is eager to learn, and understands that the little things make a big difference in creating an excellent patient experience. What You’ll Do Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable and cared for. Assist the dentist during procedures using four-handed dentistry. Prepare treatment rooms and organize instruments, materials, and equipment. Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment. Anticipate the needs of the dentist and help procedures run smoothly. Keep treatment rooms stocked, organized, and ready for the next patient. Provide patients with oral hygiene and post-operative instructions as directed. Assist with lab tasks, patient records, and other office duties as needed. Work collaboratively with the entire team to keep the day running efficiently. What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and a friendly, professional demeanor. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. A willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continually improve. Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in patient care. The ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well in a team environment. Dental assisting experience and X-ray certification are preferred, but not required for the right candidate. Dental assisting education, additional certifications, and experience with dental software are a plus. What We Offer Competitive pay: $26–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
