One of our team members will be leaving in the spring, and we are looking to welcome the right person to our team within the next few months. Schedule & Availability This is a full-time position with a schedule designed to get you home at a reasonable time! Typical Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with alternating 8:00 AM–4:30 PM days Tuesday: 6:45 AM–3:15 PM Lunch break: 30 minutes Occasional early starts: Some days may require a 5:30 AM start, with an anticipated departure around 1:30 PM when our surgery assistant is on vacation. Flexibility is important, and candidates must be willing to accommodate occasional schedule adjustments. Our latest scheduled departure is typically 4:30 PM! If an occasional 5:30 AM start would be challenging, please be honest with us during the interview. It will not automatically disqualify you. We value open communication and want to find the right fit for both our team and the candidate. Compensation & Benefits Starting pay: Based on experience. We believe in recognizing team members who demonstrate initiative, provide outstanding patient care, and contribute to the success of our practice. Opportunities for advancement and wage increases are available based on performance, initiative, and professional growth. Full-time employee benefits include: Paid vacation: Accrue up to 10 days (80 hours) annually, prorated based on hire date, after successfully completing the 90-day introductory period. Additional vacation may be earned with continued employment, increasing annually up to 15 days (120 hours). Medical insurance: Available after 90 days of employment. The practice pays 50% of the employee's medical insurance premium, with the remaining portion deducted through payroll. One dependent may also be enrolled. 401(k) retirement plan: Eligible after: One year of employment, Age 21 or older, At least 1,000 hours worked, Enrollment begins on the next January 1 or July 1 after eligibility requirements are met. 401(k) employer match: 100% match on the first 3% contributed and 50% on the next 2%, for a maximum employer match of 4%. We are a small but busy office, and teamwork makes all the difference.
