We are seeking an experienced general dentist to join our established adult dental practice in the Philadelphia area, with an existing patient base and an opportunity to grow into practice leadership. We are family-owned, not corporate-run. Our owners are hands-on, practicing dentists who remain actively involved in patient care and the organization. You will work directly with owners who understand the dayto-day realities of dentistry. Our broader organization includes eight pediatric dental locations, an orthodontic practice, a dedicated surgicenter, and an oral surgery practice. THE ROLE AND PATH TO LEADERSHIP Clinical autonomy from the start . Focus on comprehensive adult dentistry, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care, while building relationships with patients and the team. Leadership as the relationship develops. The timing and scope of that transition would be agreed upon together. Business experience available to you. Draw on our owners’ experience in practice management, operations, and growth when you would like guidance. As you take on leadership, that support is intended to complement—not replace—your direction of the practice. POTENTIAL FUTURE OWNERSHIP PARTNERSHIP For the right long-term fit, a future ownership partnership within the adult dental practice is also possible, based on clinical excellence, demonstrated leadership, shared goals, and mutually agreed-upon terms. QUALIFICATIONS DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and an active Pennsylvania dental license. At least five years of clinical experience in general dentistry. Strong clinical skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to ethical, patient-centered care. Excellent communication, a collaborative approach to teamwork, and an interest in growing into practice leadership.
