Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – 2 Positions Available We are seeking two skilled, dependable, and professional Registered Dental Assistants to join our established dental practice. With over 25 years of serving the Houston community, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality patient care in an organized, efficient, and team-oriented environment. We are looking for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while maintaining excellent patient care and supporting the clinical team. Key Responsibilities Provide efficient chairside assistance during general, restorative, cosmetic, and emergency dental procedures. Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials in advance of scheduled procedures. Take diagnostic digital radiographs and dental impressions. Fabricate and adjust temporary crowns. Maintain proper sterilization procedures and infection control standards. Anticipate the dentist's needs and ensure smooth transitions between patients. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records. Assist with inventory management, operatory organization, and daily clinical responsibilities. Communicate professionally with patients and team members. Qualifications Current Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) registration required. Previous dental assisting experience strongly preferred. Proficiency in four-handed dentistry and restorative procedures. Ability to work efficiently, independently, and manage multiple responsibilities. Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus.
