What We Offer Four-Day Workweek: Our office is open MondayâThursday, 7:00 a.m.â5:00 p.m. Your specific schedule will be determined by your team leader. Your Key Responsibilities Assist doctors during dental procedures and anticipate their needs. Prepare, clean, and stock treatment rooms and maintain instruments and equipment. Provide compassionate patient care and help patients feel comfortable. Take digital radiographs and complete clinical documentation as needed. Follow sterilization, infection control, and disinfection protocols. Support patient education and reinforce doctor-recommended instructions. Communicate effectively with doctors and team members to keep the clinical schedule running smoothly. Take ownership of responsibilities and help the team deliver excellent care.
