Applicant must have 3 + years of "hands-on" Dental Receptionist or Dental Assisting experience. Responsibilities: - Welcome our patients and visitors with a friendly demeanor - Answer phone calls, texts and emails - Schedule appointments using Dentrix and Weave - Maintain accurate EMR records via MConsent / Weave. - Verify insurance eligibility and coverage details. - Ability to speak Spanish is considered a plus, but not required. -Hand's on experience with IN Medicaid and private insurance is considered a plus - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, we invite you to apply for our Dental Receptionist position.
