About us Vega Dental is a brand-new general dental practice opening in Carmel, Indiana in early November 2026. We're building a warm, modern, patient-first office and are looking for a skilled EFDA to be one of our founding team members. What you'll do Perform Indiana EFDA duties under the dentist's supervision, including placing and finishing restorations, coronal polishing, sealants, fluoride, and impressions Chairside assisting for general, restorative, and cosmetic procedures Take and process digital radiographs and intraoral photos Room turnover, instrument sterilization, and infection control following OSHA and CDC guidelines Prepare patients, review medical histories, and explain post-op instructions Help set up and organize a brand-new office and its systems What we're looking for Indiana EFDA certification (required) Indiana dental radiography certification Current CPR/BLS certification Dental assisting experience preferred Friendly, reliable, and comfortable with new patients Experience with practice management software (Dentrix Ascend a plus) What we offer Competitive pay based on experience A chance to help shape a new practice from day one Brand-new equipment and a supportive, team-oriented environment Weekday schedule To apply, please submit your resume through Indeed.
