We are a private office that focuses on all procedures of general dentistry. We keep most procedures in-house in order to streamline the patient’s treatment plan. Some of the procedures include, cosmetic crowns/veneers, invisalign, root canal therapy, wisdom teeth extractions, implants, sleep apnea, all-on-x, and snap-in dentures. We also provide minimal oral sedation and IV sedation in order to accommodate nervous and anxious patients. We are looking for an individual who is excited to expand their clinical skills and provide the highest level of care to our patients. Minimum 2 year of experience is recommended. We are looking for someone to work 4 days/week. At Clear Smile Dental Care, New Patients: Expect to see 30+ New Patients every month for each doctor. Mentorship: There are 2 skilled dentists that are able to mentor you and increase your skill level. We offer shadowing and hands-on clinical help to increase your skills and efficiency. High Earning Potential: Our doctors earn $200,000 - $400,000+ annually (30% of Adjusted Production) with a guaranteed daily minimum in the beginning. PPO/FFS Model: Our office only takes PPO/FFS patients. HMO/Medicaid are not accepted. We are located in an affluent community and electives procedures are very common in our office. Clinical Autonomy: Most procedures (RCT, extractions including wisdom teeth, implants, invisalign) are kept in-house so you will have unlimited growth potential at our office.
