What We’re Looking For: Bilingual (English & Spanish) – REQUIRED Previous dental front desk experience – REQUIRED · Friendly, outgoing, professional, and dependable personality · Excellent communication and customer service skills · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities · Experience with dental insurance verification, scheduling, and patient coordination · Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment · A positive attitude and genuine love for working with children and families! Job Responsibilities: · Greet patients and families with a warm, welcoming smile · Answer phone calls and schedule appointments · Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility · Assist with patient registration and check-in/check-out · Collect payments and explain financial responsibilities · Maintain an organized and efficient front desk · Work closely with our team to provide an exceptional patient experience Why Join Little Big Smiles?
