A rare opportunity to join a very busy pediatric dental practice in need of a dental assistant and front desk receptionist. We will only consider people with experience working in a dental office. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries - Provide information to and receive information from insurance companies - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and courteously - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area -Must like working with children -Must be willing to work at least 32 hours a week Qualifications: - Expanded Functions or Radiograph Certification preferred - Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role preferred - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Bilingual proficiency in English and [second language] is a plus - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail - Proficient in using computer systems, including dental software, Denticon experience a plus -Gets along well with others and is a team player If you are passionate about providing exceptional patient service and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to join our team as either a Dental Assistant or Front Desk Associate.
