Your Role in Creating Exceptional Patient Experiences As our Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our patient experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere while keeping our practice running smoothly. What You'll Do: Welcome patients and families with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality. Create outstanding first impressions through friendly, professional phone interactions. Coordinate patient appointments while maintaining an efficient and productive clinical schedule. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families. Anticipate patient needs, accommodate requests, and find thoughtful solutions. Communicate effectively with our clinical and administrative teams. Manage multiple priorities with confidence, accuracy, and a positive attitude. Help create the fun, supportive, and welcoming environment that makes Freeman Orthodontics special.
