My Dentist For Life, a growing holistic and biological dental practice in Plantation, FL, is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and results-driven Bilingual Dental Call Center Agent We are looking for a confident communicator who excels at building relationships, converting inquiries into scheduled appointments, and delivering an exceptional patient experience. Key Responsibilities New Patient Coordination Answer inbound calls professionally in both English and Spanish. Convert new patient inquiries into scheduled appointments. Conduct proactive outbound calls to prospective patients and unscheduled leads. Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails. Educate patients about our holistic and biological dental services. Maintain accurate CRM records and track lead conversion. Confirm appointments and help minimize cancellations and no-shows. Meet daily and weekly call volume and appointment conversion goals. Public Relations & Practice Growth Build strong relationships with patients and community partners. Promote our Care to Share patient referral program. Encourage positive patient reviews and referrals. Assist with community outreach, networking, and marketing initiatives. Track referral sources and new patient acquisition. Collaborate with the marketing and scheduling teams to maximize new patient opportunities. Strong telephone communication and customer service skills. Experience in appointment setting, sales, lead conversion, or call center operations. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls. Dental office experience strongly preferred. Experience with CRM systems and dental software is a plus.
