You'll start with sterilization, infection control, room turnover, and supporting our clinical team, with the opportunity to grow into a Dental Assistant role through hands-on training and mentorship. Responsibilities Clean, disinfect, and sterilize instruments according to infection-control protocols. Prepare and turn over operatories between patients. Restock supplies and keep clinical areas clean and organized. Support dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants throughout the day. Learn clinical workflows, dental technology, and chairside assisting as training and qualifications allow.
